Hi all.
Received this Notice to keeper today. could you good people cast your expert eye over it to see if I can avoid paying. As you can see this was for a 53 second stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've link a google maps location and the notice to keeper.

Nowhere do we say ignore a PCN in England/Wales.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I must say that newbies sticky is very good full of very good information. I feel a little silly making my own tread as you really don't need to once you have read the newbies sticky.
