i looked around for a while, i wanted to make sure i was going to get what i was paying for. so i went thru many doors of the Plusnet.Broadband, till i found what i was looking for.
so i went thru the door of the Plusnet.Broadband sign up and was met by a company who took my funds and my signup quest was complete,
but wait, what is this, i'm now being told i came thru too many doors the prize i was promissed was gone, how can this be, all the roads led to Plusnet.Broadband, did i get lost on the was, No, it seems the signup door was faulty and my prize had dissapeared, i noticed a lot more had taken this journey and had also lost what they where promissed.but surely i can prove i am actually here, with the papers from my signup quest and a monthly fee is removed from my account, then it shouldn't matter which door i came from, i arrived here at Plusnet.Broadband, and the signup proof should be sufficient.where do i stand with regards the reward card, and what are my options, as feel i was mis-sold the Broadband package.TIA
plain simple English is always best !

i was told by some to visit a land where ISP's showed their wares they had on offer,
That sounds like a comparison site.
