Plusnet No reward card email!!

but surely i can prove i am actually here, with the papers from my signup quest and a monthly fee is removed from my account, then it shouldn't matter which door i came from, i arrived here at Plusnet.Broadband, and the signup proof should be sufficient.

where do i stand with regards the reward card, and what are my options, as feel i was mis-sold the Broadband package.

If their email to Plusnet was written in anything like the same way as their posts on here, I can see why Plusnet might not have responded.
