Opodo flights

Hi, looking for some advice please. We've booked flights with opodo, they've taken money from our bank account but we haven't received confirmation of the flights and their booking reference isn't recognised on their website. No one will speak to us on the phone or online as we don't have a booking reference number. Anyone experienced this before or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

you have made a booking request with a third party that does not have live availability or pricing
they will usually deal with requests within 48 hours and at that point they may contact you to ask for more money as they advertised price that attracted you could be 'sold out' Sometimes they just do nothing and you may need to involve your card company to get your money back.
You may want to have a look at the Opodo reviews and read the t&cs you agreed to. Ensure that if they do ask for more money you do not mention the word 'cancel' (as you will likely be liable for fees) just say you do not wish to proceed at the real price then you can book directly with the airline.
