Can you still purchase glyphosate? All my local garden centres and DIY sheds are only selling weedkillers labelled 'No Glyphosate'.

A quick search on Google showed glyphosate is still available and I've ordered online. I'd be interested to know why GC's etc have stopped selling it.

5L Rosate 360 TF Professional Strength Glyphosate Weedkillerit's approx £100 on eBayWithout knowing the product details, it's impossible to say. The main thing to watch for is the concentration of glyphosate - you can buy stuff that's ready to use, or a concentrated form (or powder) that you dilute. Which ever one you go for, as long as you end up with the recommended concentration then there's little to choose between the various brand names. £100 sounds a bit steep though. And any glyphosate solution will kill grass (and possibly trees if it gets enough on it) as happily as it'll kill weeds, which is why you need to be careful how you apply it. But it works by being absorbed through the leaves - once it hits the soil it's pretty much harmless.

You need to know the glyphosate concentration to compare different products.
The 1l trigger packs (regardless of brand) are generally 7.2g per litre, probably due them all being made at the same place!

Without links to the actual products, I'm going to assume they are both 5 litres of 360g/l glyphosate, but different brands. A bit like branded/vs. supermarket brand paracetamol, in the end it's the same stuff.
5 litres of 360g/l (about £65 on eBay by my search) is a phenomenal amount of the stuff. I dilute it down to something in the 10-50g/l range, so once diluted that would fill an old trigger sprayer a hundred odd times and would be enough to wipe out a small farm.
Edit: for info, it seems to have absolutely rocketed in price. In June 2020 I paid 27.99 for 5L of 360g/l. The same ebay seller is now selling the same product for £64.95.1 -

As everyone says, weeds always come back - even when you use weedkiller. If you're imagining that spraying will get rid of them, it won't. New weeks will quickly grow in the space you've made by killing the existing ones.
The best thing for those tiny weeds is just to pull them up by hand. Yes, really. It's easier if you use a hoe.
I've read, but not tried, this, that you can spray vinegar onto weeds. That might be worth a try first?
If you insist on using weedkiller, then go to your local Wilko, B&M or even large supermarket. They all sell weedkiller and at reasonable prices. For such small weeds, you don't need one with glyphosate in, but Wilko definitely stock it.3
