Hi Everyone,
Please can someone suggest me how to tackle the weed in the flower bed
in two photos below there are weeds in between the gap of then increase and the bottom of the fence.
I have tried pulling them out but they grow gain after some time.
Any suggestions / solutions will be much appreciated.

Weeds always come back, but the stuff with the tiny green leaves look like Mind Your Own Business, which grows back readily from bits left behind. I use that as my lawn instead of grass!
Pull it out and remove as much as you can.0 -
Get yourself a hoe and use that to quickly remove short rooted weeds. With bigger ones I've found using a weed burner the best way to get rid.0

The big leafed one looks like dandelion. Pop a flowerpot over the top, and in a few weeks, the leaves will have turned very pale green or even white. Pick the young leaves, and add them to a salad.Dandelions are very tough little burgers to eradicate, so you might as well make use of themHer courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

I have tried removing them all by hand but after some time they are back.
Is there any weed killer that can be sprayed which does not finish the surrounding grass and the tree?
For the ones in between the fence and the concrete I am not much worried and can use using and strong weed killer.

As I said you're better of with a weed burner as it's much more discriminate. Something like the following would do - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Range-WEED-BURNER-Cannisters-Butane/dp/B008CIT3MS/ref=sr_1_5
You don't have to incinerate the weed, just run the flame over it for a second or two is enough to disrupt the cells and the whole weed will simply die and break down on it's own.0 -
The go to weed killer is glyphosate. I buy it as a 360g/l concentrate, and then dilute it into either a sprayer or an old kitchen spray bottle.
It'll kill anything where it touches the leaves. Great for weeds coming up through paths and patios. In this case, if you're spraying it at weeds at ground level, and the leaves of the plants you want to keep are above, I'd suggest going for it, carefully. If it touches the leaves of your plants or grass, they'll be gonners, so you need to be careful and accurate with the stuff.
As other have said l, hand weeding or burning if better if the weeds are in and around your plants.0 -
Glyphosate is an effective weedkiller for perennial weeds, it doesn't affect the soil as it's systemic, non systemic weedkillers aren't as effective in this instance.
There are many brands of systemic ones so compare their strengths - non will be cheap - buy cheap, get cheap.0 -
From what I understand, Glyph would be ideal here as it only acts on leaves (or if injected directly into the plant), is effectively neutralised when it comes into contact with the ground, and is very effective. It can, tho', be slow acting compared to others - it could take days before visible effects, and you might not think it's working...
No need to go 'strong' as far as I can see; these are pretty weedy weeds.
Glyph has had bad press for some high-profile health cases, but from what I can see, these have been overstated, and - if used with the most obvious and basic level of care - (don't get it on you...), is very safe in use.
A trigger-sprayer would do this job easily. You may even want to consider putting down a layer of bark chips, and then zap the weeds as they appear.

As others have said, I'd be using Glyphosate here - Buy the concentrate as mentioned and mix your own strength - Not sure how big your garden is but investing in a decent sprayer can save so much time and effort. For best results spray on a dry calm day. Anything "green" tends to die off. Your free trunk will be find, you're grass not so much. Id spray what's "easy" with the glyph, then hand weed close to the grass you want to keep and you'll be golden (or green...)0

As an aside, where's the best place to get Glyphosate these days?0
