Are Tui quick to pay flight delay compensation?

Filled in their website claim form but frustratingly haven't had an acknowledgement so beginning to wonder how long they typically take.

Body answer - just because you've submitted a claim form doesn't mean you're going to get anything - and in the current situation with them I can't imagine anything being quick or easy with them0 -

Good to hear news of a positive outcome. Historically they don't have a great reputation for speed in this area.

my son submitted his claim to Tui on a Monday got a message the next day telling him it would be in his account within 14 days
that was 9 working days ago, so hopefully he will have it soon0 -
Money in my bank today less than a week after claiming, we'll done Tui0
