Wise.com lost my money

On the 1 occasion I've had to phone them I found the person I spoke to as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as they should be.
Others opinions may differ and that is based on own unique circumstances.💙💛 💔0 -

It is not the first time that a personal transfer to a business account has gone wrong.
From what I can see here, Wise did send the money and it either got stuck at the intermediary bank or receiving account where it was not able to be identified correctly and/or processed.
That could have happened with any transfer if the reference was corrupted or not identifiable.
I have used Wise for several years for monthly transfers to Thailand without any issue.0
