Gemini PCN as hospital, and I am hospital staff

Keep on at the hospital; are you a member of a union? Maybe they can help.0
-
Sorry forgot to mention I am not a union member currently. I have contacted the one I used to be a part of but they cannot assist or advise since I am no longer a member.0

Does the hospital have a HR (or personnel dept. in old money) maybe they can help, they surely want their staff to be dealing with sick patients rather than sick parking companies!1

Await result of appeal. If rejected get your POPLA code then construct your appeal to them - NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, third post, applies. You will need to time your POPLA appeal, probably near to the wire (despite what you read on the POPLA website, you have up to 32 days to appeal) so you get the full amount of time to be sure Gemini don't obtain your data from the DVLA - then after 56 days it's a case of no keeper liability under PoFA and what should be a nailed on win for you at POPLA.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So, wow. I sent the appeal yesterday evening, and got a response now saying PCN cancelled. Probably the quickest turnaround I've ever seen! Thanks all for the support!4

Nicely done - but don't let this lie.

Even if you check here twice a month you will not miss the vital Public Consultation. People who have experienced the distress of these demands are desperately needed to add their evidence and comments when it opens, because the greedy parking industry has currently blocked the new statutory Code of Practice.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
