Is it normal for Aldi to be saying they can't find evidence of this?
Okay, about the breathing and mobility etc, just trying to think to say to them about this or the fact that it was such a long time. She honestly lost track of time on the day in question.

Aldi has no requirement to provide parking for visits off their premises (unless planning permission caveated it) regardless of the Equality Act 2010.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
