Hi, i have had the Tomlins order signed by Elms Legal do i now send a N244 into county court with the signed order , i am not sure if i include evidence too at this stage is anyone able to advise me ? i did ask Elms Legal as they are solicitors but they weren't helpful told me to ring county court which i have but they not answering either . Help !!1

Just send in the Tomlin Order on an email asking the court to please ask a Judge to review and ratify it, and to contact you to pay if there is a fee payable by card of if they require an application to accompany it.
