Weird EE notification

Fourth Anniversary 100 Posts Name Dropper

Twice today, I've received a notification on my Samsung A70 android phone which says, "No mobile data service. Temporary turned off by your operator for sim 2".

My account says 14.4GB of 15 GB left.

I'm on EE. 

Any ideas why I'd be getting this please?
