Fraud??

I have spoke to 3 on the 20th May 2022, to pay a bill of £10, the agent stated it was going to be £20 due to not having a direct debit in place so as you do I argued about this and they said to wait, So I did and that came back on live chat and said for me to put my card details in, so I did come back to chat for the agent to say it’s going to be 15 but before I could even talk about it I get a notification from my bank saying they had just taken 75.01 from my account.
On that day they said I would get it back within 3 days, didn’t get it back, so they said I should receive it by Friday 27th May 2022, again didn’t get it back so they said I should receive it today and still nothing, so I called them today to say they have raised it again,
I’m not happy I need the money to pay other bills is their anything anyone knows I can do

No, it isn't "fraud", if that's your question. How much did you actually owe them?0
-
£20, although at the point of the money being taken I was still negotiating with the agent about trying to get it down0

What sort of tariff are you on where you can negotiate your bill after the event?0
-
Not fraud, just a mistake.
If their mistake causes you to suffer additional losses (e.g. if you got a charge for missing a payment on something else), then you should gather evidence of this and provide it as they should compensate you for the loss.0 -

I know that people, but even if I agreed to pay the 20 the fact of the matter is they have taken £55.01 more than they should of0

What does the bill actually state?
If you don't have the DD set up the bill will state what you owe and when you need to pay.0 -
