It gets very complicated very quickly so as suggested a chat with the landlord could be the first starting point if they get on well and see how that goes.Certainly something to talk about with the landlord.The rebate is specifically to reduce energy costs, so it is not unreasonable to ask for it to be shared, but there is no clear obligation to do so, but it might be inferred that since the rebate does reduce the total cost of the energy being resold, then the existing requirement not to profit from the resale could apply....

Ah well @ginfreak good luck with discussions with your landlord and hopefully they will split it with you.
However some good points have been raised such as how much standing charge do you get charged as hopefully you aren't paying the landlords standing charge as well. This leads to how much are you paying per kWh?0
