The agent is very likely to be local, so what about calling with the agents in your area and asking them if they handle the letting of the house in question? If you find the agent, you could explain the situation and ask them to contact the landlord about the matter. It is a long shot but if it does not get you the name and address it might reveal some more information that could be of help.0
