Chase Bank 1.5% easy access account or not ??

Hi i have just opened a chase bank account for the savings account 1.5% easy access i wanted to put £60,000 in but i am worried that when you read the reviews people are having trouble getting their savings out and i would need this instantly for a house deposit, after reading the reviews I'm a little concerned about doing this.  What are your views on this thanks

It's an easy access account as it says, but be aware there is a £25K limit per day on withdrawals. I've had no problems withdrawing

I’ve never had any issues. Regularly move large amounts in and out.
  • I concur.

They also use Faster Payments so the transfers are (mostly) instantaneous.

I certainly beats Al Rayan where you can be waiting hours for your money.

There's no such thing as a nominated account in Chase. You can withdraw / send money to any UK account.

    Similar here @SAC2334.

Large withdrawals (and deposits) work very well to the singular nominated account on my Chase C/A.

You do not need a nominated account for Chase. Or do you just mean a Payee / external account  that you have withdrawn to before?

I have six external accounts in my Payee List. I would not say any of them were a nominated account.
