Sorry I work in IT. if its http and they want bank details it's a 99% scam of shoddy work. Either way don't give your bank details over ab unsecured connection especially when it says its secure

Sorry I have done IT work for 20+ years. As per my post, there are https:// links on their site and a phone number. No-one is saying give bank details on an insecure link, no-one should be following links on emails anyway

    Good day,

    Thank you for your email.

We hereby confirm that the request for your bank details is legitimate, please can you follow the link in the email you received and enter your bank details. We endeavour to make payments before 15 July 2022.  We kindly request that you refrain from chasing for updates as this will delay our process.

    Kind regards,

  • I send the email saying I failed to provide my details because of some issues, so they send me this.... I haven't mentioned my post code or anything.  After I received this replay tried again and got notification on the page saying my account is block and I should contact Harrisons. I do not care about the account  but still trying figured out if its legit.

  • Also found this... odd

Lots of payday lenders went bust, others entered schemes of arrangement in order to ward off bankruptcy.

As a result, administrators are currently working on these schemes, making payments/writing off some debts etc etc.

If you receive an email like this, I would say never click a link in an email, but instead, use a search engine to find who the administrator is, and go direct to there claims portal, giving your bank details can only result in getting paid, there is little else they can be used for.

  • I also received this email and wasn’t convinced that the email and website attached to the link were legit - heck even the url looks dodgy. I decided to email MyJar themselves with the original email attached and this was their response.

As long as your email came from this email address you have nothing to worry about and all being well payments should be made next month!

  • I’ve received email redress claim value of £310, does this mean I’ll only receive 1 to 2 pence in the pound and expect £3 to £6 refund
absolute joke and not worth the risk if so
