Unable to access Shell broadband offer

My Plusnet contract's due to end soon and as they've increased their fees I looked around for a cheaper deal. Shell energy 11Mb looked interesting, but when I click on the link, the resultant page is 'greyed out' and I can't click on anything on it. Is it me, or is there something I can do?

    You could try clearing cookies or using a different browser.

    I have the problem of shell & Plusnet not accepting my landline phone number, so putting me onto the more expensive deals.
    Tried the same on my phone and same results.
