We live in a small hamlet in North Devon,we have to buy the large bottles of LPG gas for our heating and cooling.At the moment we are being charged almost £80 a bottle as we now have to pay a delivery charge and also a volitation charge.Are we entitled to the £400 discount for energy charges too?.
