For Winter Fuel Payment, if a qualifying pensioner is the only pensioner living at their address, they get £200. If multiple qualifying pensioners live at an address they each get £100. Examples. When my wife was a pensioner I wasn't, she got £200. When I reached pension age, we each got £100.When my late father (aged over 80) lived on his own he got £300. When he moved into a care home with lots of other pensioners he still got £150. Doesn't help answer the question as to how this extra £300 will be shared out.0

HMOs tenants are individual claimants, not joint claims, if they were all individually on UC then they would appear to all be individually eligible, if they are on joint claims then they would not.Alnat1 said:I was wondering what would happen in a HMO with say 4 individuals each on UC0 -
