Like many businesses now, they likely don’t want to engage via email for things like flight delays. I think TUI’s normal procedure is that an online claim/web form is completed, accessed from their website.

Let me know if you can’t find the webform claim link and I’ll take a look.

You need to use this link - https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/contact-us/after-travel
Thats if you booked direct with TUI
If you booked through a Travel Agent then email them as TUI wont speak to you direct

No ive used it before and it brings up forms you fill in (see  part of them below) - The chance to submit photos that comes later - Ive done a bit of digging and apparently this is the only way of complaining to them - they've set up a new process since March - see more info below

Example when you do that form -
    – please select –
    ACCOMMODATION OR SHIP NAME
    DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PROBLEM
In order to handle this case, we need more information from you and therefore ask you to describe the complaint in detail here

    New process

TUI - New After Travel Process - March 2022

We have been working closely with our After Travel teams to put together a more effective way of communicating with us when you customers have a problem on holiday.
Previously we have used an email contact but this delays responses and can sometimes end in duplicated from our side.
We would now like you to complete the online form when contacting After Travel, attached is full information of how to use the form. The form will allow you to
    • Enter up to 5 queries for one customer – each section up to 500 words
    • Upload attachments
    • Receive an automatic response with a ticket number relevant to the customer
nb This update was sent to Travel Agents so some of it will only apply to us but I'm pretty sure the general idea of doing this form is now for all TUI customers including direct
