Armtrac notice help

Received a charge park notice at sennen cove in Cornwall.
I did pay for parking however the ticket fell off the windscreen and landed on the dash board upside down. The ticket was due to expire at 1500pm and I sent the appeal with a photo of the ticket at around 1445pm to prove I was back at my car before the time expired.
I have just had the below response and hoping for advice as I have seen so many mixed answers on the web.
Thanks

Have you read the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, (pinned near the top of the forum thread list) which explains how you deal with a private parking charge. For context Armtrac are members of the IPC AOS. Please bring yourself up to speed with how all this works, because it's really too complicated and time consuming to type everything out - we deal with hundreds of cases every week.Any unpaid parking charge can end up in the small claims court, and if the case is lost, the total cost, including the parking charge, would be around £220. But, the vast majority of those we guide through the court process end up paying nothing! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Way too complicated, I've gave in, don't want to have threats daily and go to court. £60. Done - the end0

We sort if get that but we are glad that so many others disagree and take a more robust stance on scams. It is us here on this forum who have actively been involved heavily with the new statutory Code of Practice, such that fluttering ticket cases like yours will in future see PCNs cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
