I expect you are still angry about this pathetic waste of time PCN and the threat of a fake added £70, had you lost at POPLA?  It is extortionate and disproportionate.

Please get your own back by coming back here and responding to the Government Final Consultation on the level of parking charges (and the fake added £70 false DRA fee) later this year.
