Qatar airways will not give me the refund they owe me

This is an old thread but I am also having trouble getting a refund from Qatar!  They have given a partial refund - but their support confirmed twice in writing to me that the refund was X gbp - but the refund they've given me is only half that amount.  I have contact them numerous times online, via Twitter, FB and email.  The consensus online is that their support is bad - any tips or ideas as to how i can get my money back?  Thanks!
