That's a bit of an overgeneralisation. We were accidental landlords who had lived in the property for 4 years ourselves; we moved because I changed jobs to take up a residential position in a care capacity. We responded to all notifications from the tenants of work needing completing.NameUnavailable said:It seems ex BTL properties are generally in need of work.
