There must be a cancellation clause in it.Any heath issue, personal accident while she is still at home in the UK is nothing to do with the travel insurance as it will be covered by NHS.Like MATTR5 said you are only risking your deposit. If deposit is just a few hundreds, it is not an extraordinary things.Certainly better if you could get multi trip insurance coverage well beyond one year. But paying an extra premium just for that potential small cover (if any) might not be a good decision.0
