but your right it would be good to see some charts comparing previous years-2 -
Oooo that doesn't sound ideal! Stepchange would be my shout but seems like you've already gone that route. Good luck, stay positive! Maybe time to find a rich aunt...1

wish others on here were like you
yes stepchange already helped and they say it’s too soon after last bankruptcy
m also applied for discretionary housing payments but they also said it’s too soon after last one which was very large-1 -
Personally, I’ve always found people on this site to be helpful.danjackson2021 said:

To be fair, several people tried to help you on this thread but you’ve been providing conflicting information and didn’t respond when you were asked to clarify certain things.

some on here just want to to kick someone when they are down-1 -
I think that's a bit harsh. The vast majority of folk on here genuinely want to help others. It's just that it's rather difficult to offer constructive advice when presented with conflicting information, and when requests for clarification are studiously ignored.danjackson2021 said:

Nobody was asking you for "personal details", just some clarification to help answer your questions.
I don't want to waste any more time on this. As someone suggested recently, best that this thread is just ignored I think.3 -
There will be more government schemes and such for people struggling with the cost of living crisis
Some of us just have to wait a little longer for them to be implemented
mat the moment I have over £2K council tax arrears and more than double that gas and electric arrears
credit cards are maxed out struggling to pay the minimum
m I am paying £1 month to each of my debtors
step change and the like tell me it’s too soon after my last bankruptcy
citizens advice aren’t helpful
where else can someone in this situation turn?
I did apply for discretionary housing allowance but I got £8K for them just before covid and they say they can’t help me even though I spend ages filling out all the forms again0
