Often they go quiet for months when faced with a robust response.

In the meantime, there is a far bigger 'war' for honest motorists to win.

Have you highlighted this on Facebook? There are a few groups on there supporting people in their fight against unfair parking charges...I'm happy to highlight it on the one I've joined....

Agree. I only joined it to see if could gain some further insight into how litigious PPC I'm dealing with is. Advice being provided seems to be in line with MSE Forum in the main. 

There is someone charging to appeal on people's behalf but other members mention independently appealing so I guess those who are paying are doing it out of choice.....

Hi! Did you have any response to your complaint?

I just received my paper forms from Gladstones regarding a PS24 ticket from years ago and really unsure on whether to pay up as I genuinely forgot to pay that day (parked there very often so wasn’t like I didn’t pay every day on purpose).
