Tesco order didn't arrive on Friday - cancelled - the guy who did deliver this afternoon said a lot of people were off sick. However, it meant that Tesco gave me a £10 off voucher which brought me back into food budget for the month so we'll call that a win.
Spent a lot of money on the garden buying things - but I have scarified, aerated, dressed and reseeded the lawn this weekend after work. Fingers crossed the birds don't eat the seeds and that things grow. We'll see!
And cleaned the house through Sunday afternoon as well. Feeling completely knackered, but a productive weekend.
Having said that, magnesium is definitely helping me sleep. I had a bad night last night but it's the first in about two weeks. Next up on the list, going to try some creatine for the brain fog.
Threads arrived for cross stitch for a birthday gift that I will not finish in time, but I will get it done asap (crafts don't count if they're presents, right?) I'm sure at some point buying individual threads and material will become more economic than buying kits, and I just haven't reached that point yet (I've only done about three this way so most colours I'm having to buy)

New glasses needed… lots of money. The optician thinks I'm getting visual migraines as well (but without a debilitating headache, which I didn't know was possible).
Teeth appointment done too - just need to agree to the treatment plan, and then it's happening.

I occasionally get the visual auras of a migraine without the headache, absolutely terrifying the first few times until I worked out what it was.

Can understand that ! I see the nexus in the sky (if u watch the star trek films you'll know what I mean) plus lost the ability to talk sensibly (although i could understand what people were saying to me) but I couldn't understand written things. Very scary

I get the kaleidoscope vision and sometimes the shakes. Also mega fatigue afterwards. No fun, you have my sympathy. Acupuncture and acupressure massage helped me a lot x

Yes the nexus is definitely a great way to describe it!
As far as mega fatigue goes @Ms_Potato_Head that's about my default state, especially when I'm stressed enough to get them so just because I haven't noticed it doesn't mean it's not happening.
I've agreed to the teeth plan. BIG money spending, hopefully worth it.

From what you've said about how your teeth affect your day to day life, it sounds like it will make a huge difference to you and will be worth every penny.

Hope the new glasses and teeth treatment help. I invested a lot in my teeth in recent years and it really boosted my self-confidence.
