Yup. I’ve got a leasehold property under Trinity management and that’s their extortionate fee for the management pack. Are you freehold or leasehold? I recently discovered there’s also a 0.15% transfer fee on completion as well. Sigh.
Hi, what's the 0.15% transfer fee based on (times what exactly)?  I know about the Management Pack fee but this other transfer fee has me worried?  Do you own a house/flat or ??? Thanks.

I suspect this isn't a fee charged by Trinity Estates - or set by Trinity Estates.

It is more likely to be a fee specified in the deeds/lease - and it's Trinity's job to collect the fee.

So you should read your deeds/lease to see if a transfer fee is payable in your case.

If a transfer fee like this is payable, your deeds/lease will explain how to calculate it.
