Don’t panic mr mannering.

The First transfer is the hardest.
Evey thread on here about chase mentions it.
Just call your bank give sort code and account number and send £1.
No banks can get conformation of payee.
Tandem, Atom, Chase, Ford money and Raisin were all hard to fund the first Time.
Took hours or fraud checked.
Next payments were a doddle.
£30 interest the first month and £15 cashback.
At 12.36 for cashback so far this month.

My transfer was so quick, the email confirming the transfer pinged before I had even closed my bank app from where I had transferred from

Same for wife, all transactions lightening fast, some have been over £10,000

yesterday i made a payment of 3k and it was blocked - i had to call them to release it. Tpok a while to get tjrough - they seem to be quite busy

today i made a 2k payment to the same payee - blocked again until i called them

the payee was family btw.

You must be quite unlucky,
Ive moved 5k,7k and 3k over the last week.
Not one payment was held up.
Less then 3 minutes for all 3 to arrive in other bank.

Another poster mentioned being told by Chase CS that transfers on consecutive days raise a suspicious transaction flag. I've not had any issues making transactions every 2 or 3 days.
