tried to make a chase payment to new payee this morning - blocked. I messaged them and they called me within 15 mins, verified me and released the payment. Good service.1

I messaged them yesterday at 3:30pm and they got back to me at 1:04pm today, so quite a bit slower than how it was a few months ago. I think it's due to the large number of new customers messaging them or they've got a shortage of staff, as there was some job listings for CS reps.0
