I've just had a look at one of my inverters (the easy one to get to!) and with the panels in full sun it was seeing 258V *at the inverter*. The voltage at the consumer unit will be a bit lower but I don't fancy poking it with my multimeter on a whim!
Edit: sorry for the terrible photo. My Sofar ME3000SP shows the country setting on page 2 of "System Information". G98 and 99 are, in practice, equivalent.

    Mine’s set for UK G98

What version of software are you running? I had an issue recently & was advised by Sofar to load 3.00. It didn’t solve the problem but has changed the minimum SOC from 15% to 20% which is annoying.

Sofar have just sent me 3.06 which repeatedly fails to load.

However, I've just found a link to 3.09 which loaded first time & allows upto 95% discharge for Pylons - I've set mine at 90% because I've got some US2000B plusses in the stack.

    That extra 10% is worth 1.68kWh which isn't far off a whole battery (2.04kWh @ 80%).

    Anyway, back on topic...

I've sent them another email asking how I can view & then set the maximum operating voltage parameter. Hopefully they'll divulge the PIN - I've tried the low level 0001 & 0715 but neither work.

I realise this maybe isn't that helpful but my energy monitoring smart plug doesn't seem to clearly show inverter output if everyone's suggesting that the inverters bump voltage, this data was taken from Thursday when we had full sun all day until early evening.

Do you have a battery charging? My mains voltage can drop by as much as 12v when I am using a lot of electricity. Currently I am on holiday and my inverter is tripping in and off all day as I am not using any power.

Todays AC voltage (the blip is the software update)...

There's barely any variation despite the sunshine being very erratic.

I've just downloaded the data for mine & the range is 235.1v to 242.0v ... 7.8v range.

The range on your supply appears to be around 11.5v with a median above 253v?
