  • Ah, okay, I just read the downloadable doc in your link that says they will ask the company to provide evidence of the actual driver and if not they will ask them to cancel and that they only represent the person as the RK.

    Thanks for your help

Hi so I followed the advice above and sent both Parkmaven and ZZPS the blue text initial appeal template.

ZZPS have replied to say they recognise it as an internet template and they have been instructed by the client (Parkmaven) to pursue the outstanding charges.

There was no advice to contact/write/appeal to ZZPS, they are debt collectors and should be ignored regardless of which corner of the UK you are in. Don't correspond any more with them, nor with Parkmaven any further.

How did you get on with the other piece of advice - make contact with The Consumer Council - NI?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Don't be sucked in by the cloud dreamimg ZZPS ?

They really do wish "upon a star" but it's only a dream because they are powerless.
Just another day in the office of a rogue BPA member ?

The Consumer Council - NI? know this so make sure they see the ZZPS letter which no doubt was written at the local play school ?
