ASHP Grant for Garage Conversion

Hi ,
I am currently planning to convert my detached garage into a living space it is approx 24sqm in size, ( currently its sole use is a garage ) , i would like to install ASHP for hot water and space heating, i looked at the ASHP grant that is being made available , but could not work out if i would be eligible as its a detached garage converting to a habitable space .. appreciate if anyone would have any insight into the rules and regulations
