Help needed for Germany Covid travel entry permissions

I posted this on the wrong board I think as I hadn't seen this one so I am reposting it here, hope it's OK to repost;

I am due to travel to Germany in a week for a friend’s wedding.  I am all booked up with flights hotels etc. I thought I had read the Covid entry rules and have downloaded my nhs vaccine pass.

Unfortunately, I somehow missed the part about the last vaccine needing to be within 270 days. Maybe I read the wrong page or got confused with other destinations.

I’m double jabbed but no booster and my last jab will be 294 days before arrival date.  It seems I’m now too late to get a booster as I need one more than 14 days before travelling. It doesn’t seem as if Germany accepts negative PCR tests for entry for UK nationals.

Am I completely stuffed or is there any way around this – ie some way of getting some sort of certificate /combination of vaccine and PCR test? Is there room for leniency?

I’m hoping someone here might be able to advise from experience

Where are you seeing this requirement?

The 14 days applies to the first and second primary doses but not the booster, but don't take my word for it (or the UK government's), follow the links from the gov.uk page to the actual definitive German ones.
