More than 100,000 Vodafone customers have been unable to redeem Airtime Rewards against their mobile phone bill since the start of May due to a technical glitch.

It’s usually a great app but I’ve got a similar problem and I’m on O2. Redeemed money on 15th April but it never appeared on my O2 account. Seems there’s a glitch with some O2 accounts too. Only offered option of cash to my PayPal account which hasn’t appeared yet! So might be worth everyone checking regardless of network!0

My payment yesterday to EE is showing in MyEE, so no issues there.0

Have a similar problem with the three PAYG network. Can usually redeem to get a voucher but that option has disappeared now. The redeem to bank card is there instead but not working for me. Anyone else having a similar issue?0
