Please can you help me and my family.

We have a submitted our holiday refund claim to the TTA as per guidance and advice. We did this last year when alpha rooms stopped operating.

We only ever get automated emails to say we are processing your claim and these come through sporadically. I can never get through to anyone by phone to have a proper conversation about this and be reassurred that our claim is being looked at and processed.

The original holiday in question dates back to 2020 and was a holiday we couldnt take due to the pandemic. We moved our holiday dates and before we got to go on our holiday, the company alpha rooms stopped operating. Its been a long drawn out matter.

We paid on a debit card and because our payment dates go back so far, the bank wont help us get our money back via them.

I dont know what else to do, but as a family we desperatly need this refund and feel we have done all we can to try and sort this ourselves.

Please if you have any other advice or avenues we can go down and pursue would you let me know.

Thank you very much in advance.
