Help me! Ticketmaster stole almost £100 from me

Thanks so much for all your help! I have just printed out 4 letters I am going to send out to them, and then I will try the Small Claims court, because everyone I talk to on the phone agree's that it is the companies fault and not mine!

Oh, in reply to the questions above:
I bought the tickets using my debit card but this was back in April that I purchased them, and the event was in November, I did not get thrown out of the SECC, I think mostly because my sister was in tears and they gave us the only seats they had right up the very very very back.
