Hi all, As with many others, a frustrating time with Virgin Media. I'm mid contract, and moved house 3 weeks ago.. As I have 6 months on my contract and didn't want to pay the cancellation fee of the 6 months rental, I figured I'd stay with them (although I'm happy to leave ASAP). You could have walked into any Carphone Warehouse shop and got a mobile broadband dongle with a decent data bundle for well under £100 - there's some great deals on '30 day' contracts with unlimited data around.
I'm amazed they agreed to pay it when the above would have taken a quick trip into your nearest town and a lot less cash to sort!
