RWG dialing cut off

I'm with RWG, friends have commented there's often a problem with my phone since moving to them. I called my phone last night from my landline and my mobile rang for 30 seconds then cut off stating the phone was currently unavailable. It clearly was available and in a very good signal area. Previously with giffgaff the phone would continue to ring until answered. I often have paint or oil on my hands or I'm not close to my phone when it rings and can't answer immediately so the call is missed and callers assume there's a problem. 30 seconds isn't long enough before cutting off. Is there a way of changing this?

Ring them on 01633 415333, they are very helpful.2

It looks like 30s is the maximum on most networks, so being longer than that previously seems unusual:

Agreed, most annoying but you can't get them to ring for longer than that.k_man said:It looks like 30s is the maximum on most networks, so being longer than that previously seems unusual:

It sounds like you had call diversion on reply not set up when you were with giffgaff as it rang more than 30 seconds but it sounds like you may not have voicemail set up correctly with RWG, you may wish to dial #61# to cancel diversion on no reply or contact RWG to ask them for the number to set it up correctly if you preferNorman_Castle said:I'm with RWG, friends have commented there's often a problem with my phone since moving to them.
