RWG dialing cut off

I'm with RWG, friends have commented there's often a problem with my phone since moving to them. I called my phone last night from my landline and my mobile rang for 30 seconds then cut off stating the phone was currently unavailable. It clearly was available and in a very good signal area. Previously with giffgaff the phone would continue to ring until answered. I often have paint or oil on my hands or I'm not close to my phone when it rings and can't answer immediately so the call is missed and callers assume there's a problem. 30 seconds isn't long enough before cutting off. Is there a way of changing this?

It looks like 30s is the maximum on most networks, so being longer than that previously seems unusual:
