Hi I have gone a website offering ridiculously cheap London to Newark direct flights.  Is anyone aware of scams connected to sights such as thetravelbookings.co.uk?  if they are genuine how can such companies offer these prices.  I have to leave in a few days to go to the states.
Thanks in advance
Dan

Many third party ticket floggers don’t have live availability or pricing. You make a booking request and then they will confirm the price for the ticket.
limited info about the site as only few months old. Reviews on trustpilot look iffy and only go back 3 weeks
not somewhere I would risk my money, there is no air fare fairy. For security I would book direct with the airline1 -

Thanks that confirms my thought. "If it looks too good to be true it usually is!"Caz3121 said:Many third party ticket floggers don’t have live availability or pricing. You make a booking request and then they will confirm the price for the ticket.

Yes, having looked at google maps there is no sign of a travel agency at that address. I suspect the whole operation is run from India and the address is a 'friend's' used for registration purposes. They are not an IATA agency so they cannot issue airline tickets which means they are buying in from someone else, I would avoid them completely.
I presume you only found them through someone like Skyscanner as it certainly wouldn't jump out on a google search? Be very careful with any agency on that site, the majority are there as no one would book with them otherwise0
