If you have extensive experience of POPLA, is this for friends and family and not yourself picking up PCN after PCN?

I ask because none of us would ever get a private PCN because the answer is not to use private car parks at all and to park on-street instead, unless shopping in a retail park or something, in which case we'd still not get a PCN.

I just this afternoon took an extra 30 seconds to straighten my car within a badly marked bay at a small Tesco with tight spaces, because they've got Horizon signs up for some stupid reason. Tiny Tesco Express - totally unneeded PPC.  But I still took tome to read the sign and avoid any ticket possibility.

Like lots of people (us...) you could keep blutack in your glovebox to stick P&D tickets to the dash, if you have no choice but to use a pay and display place. Little steps should be taken to protect yourself from the sharks.

Did you know that POPLA and IAS are being binned in a year because the Govt has regulated the sector?  A good time to really start avoiding PCNs

You aren't!  This is what we do and we were involved in the new Code of Practice.  Directly involved!
