    Near identical NTK.
    Local Waitrose/Britannia

Don't think Waitrose are the landowner it's a shared carpark/building

    Waitrose have one section ANPR.
Council have the rest, machines with foot soldiers.

Will pop in to see if they have anyone in Waitrose interested.

Useful to know email to customer service may work.
    ...
Note the lack of keeper liability should be followed up with the complaints.

Britannia normally issue POFA NTKs now.

And this will be a Waitrose car park because they use Britannia. Waitys can cancel it.

When I say near identical to the NTK on page 1 it is just the parking event details that are different.

    Will pop into W today.
If they are not cooperating will email as OP did.

Noticed due to postal service disruption they failed to meet the 14 day deadline as well.
    25th Aug alleged contravention
6 Sept date of notice (day 12)
    12 Sept  actual delivery day.

    Nicely done!

You all set and prepped also to respond to the Public Consultation when it opens, to stamp out spiralling sums (the fake added DRA 'fee')?

We also believe that the proposed £130 'London level' is unjustified and far too high.  No-one called for it and it's a third above the existing cap: WHY? The Knight Act was never about increasing PCNs. Needs London capped at £100 max, or less.

This needs consumer voices to push through.  Don't miss the Consultation this year.

  • I have been reading some threads from 2017 about successful appeals made to POPLA on grounds of being served NTKs by Britannia Parking which were non-compliant with POFA 2012. I am not sure if  Britannia Parking have modified their NTKs to make it compliant with POFA 2012. My NTK clearly states " You are advised that if after 28 days from the date given, the parking charge has not been paid and we do not know both the name and address of the driver, we have the right to recover any unpaid part of the parking charge from you as vehicle's  keeper. This notice is given to you under paragraph 9(2)f of Schedule 4 of the POFA act 2012, and is subject to our compliance with the applicable conditions under Schedule 4 of the Act." Does this mean that the NTK is POFA compliant after all?

As I said to you on your thread, please stop looking for and reading really old threads.

Just read the NEWBIES thread.  It already has a link to pics of the two Britannia NTK versions.  There is no need to go looking for something the NEWBIES thread already shows you in pictures.
