I don't believe he is - he is referring to a previous claim
Yeah, in relation to the thread you posted. Insurance have validated and said it is now to be settled so Im under the impression they will now offer me a figure, which will probably be less than what I paid, although I only had the vehicle 8 weeks.

Sorry, the vehicle was 2018 registration and paid £19.995 for the vehicle 8 weeks before it was taken and written off

    Thanks

He is referring to the car taken from the pub.

Only bought the car 8 weeks ago.
    The car is 2018 model.
He paid £20 k for the car.

I spoke with the GAP insurance company just now they advised along the line of that if the insurance company have validated and made a settlement then they don't anticipate any problems.

After all that my insurance offered more than what I paid for it so didn't need to rely on GAP

Having eventually been told by my insurance company that my claim is to be settled, after my car was taken without consent by someone unknown to me - I've had a look at the paperwork for the GAP policy and noticed the below-  I was under the impression as my insurance are satisfied it was essentially theft or TWOC then it should be covered but from reading the below, it seems it may not be as no violence was used.

Anything I can do here to ensure the GAP policy applies?
I mean who may know how many keys you had? It's not always 2 keys are present :D
