Love Holidays Lost Booking Reference

Hi folks, I wonder if anyone could help me please.
I booked a holiday with love holidays in January and paid the deposit requested, i'm now looking to pay the balance. The problem I'm having is that hotmail had deleted the initial email with the booking reference and i'm now finding it nigh to impossible to find out what the reference number is. Love holidays are a nightmare to deal with as the website and the telephone lines won't allow me to have access to my details without the number, I am tearing my hair out with frustration.

Have you tried to see if there is a reference on your cc statement?
how did hotmail delete it? Was it a spam email that was auto deleted after x days?2 -
A reminder to perhaps print out your holiday confirmation documents when first received.
If a package you should of also received an ATOL certificate which should be printed or at least saved safely.4 -

As above, check your card statement or ATOL certificate and failing that, contact LH (there may be details on your account somewhere).💙💛 💔1 -
Interesting that Hotmail was responsible for deleting the relevant email. I didn't know that if you received a relevant email with some important information and saved it to some directory you created such as "holiday 22" the program would then leap into action and summarily delete said email. If that has happened and you have nothing written down then you will have to be patient and contact the company via email, chat, telephone or mail. For my holiday in a couple of months time I have received an ATOL certificate.0

Have you got in touch with Love Holidays? I would hope they'd be able to track down your booking with some details from you.0

Try contacting them to on Twitter. They say they check their direct messages every day between nine and 5.30
or “If you are due to travel in the next 28 days and need a little extra help you can call our Customer Service agents between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 01234 975 975.”
Although you say you can’t phone without the reference number, this thread shows that you’re not the first person that this has happened to and they must have some sort of system in place to track you down.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
