Chase card Costco

I have had a problem using my Chase card on a Lloyds bank website. They come back with an error saying it's not a Mastercard debit card. Chase say it is. I've had two or three other instances over a year where the Chase card will not work for payments and I suspect it's the same problem.0

As far as i know and have seen, it will authorise whatever you have available upto £99 to the nearest pound then debit the fuel and the rest is unauthorised.poppy12345 said:I know for fuel you need to have at least £99 available in your bank to use a debit card, if you don't then your card will be refused.

I didn't have the £99 in my bank at the time because i forgot to transfer money from my savings so it wouldn't authorise the payment and my card was declined.I did return later that day having transferred some funds and my card worked just fine.
