I read lately that if they withdraw the account - shawbrook still give you an additional 7 days to get more deposits in

    I think!
Yes, this is taken from the T&Cs on the Fixed Rate 'KPI' document they send you...

"If the product is withdrawn from sale you will be able to put more money into your account for a further seven working days."

Just to update if anyone is interested and in case it helps anyone.

Shawbrook carried out my request by secure message as @ranciduk suggested above to internally transfer my funds to the 6m fixed. I requested AM last Friday and confirmation was received later that day, logged in and they had done it already!

Also got a text from them this morning informing me they have increased my easy access to 1%. So that saves me asking them to increase that which I was going to do this week. I don't know if this increase with be for everyone. Website still says 0.89%.

We’ve increased your interest rate – no action required

We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve increased the interest rate on your Easy Access Account. You don’t need to take any action, as this has been applied already.

    Here are the details:

New Rate1.00% Gross / AER (variable)

    its a joke

i chose shawbrook for their so called brilliant customer service , more than I did their rates

    pathetic so far
