Ticketed at own flat by UK CPM. Ignored letters up to now. Received LBC from Gladstones.

My flat includes a car parking spot as part of the rental agreement. My spot is in a barriered section of the car park and a fob is required to enter and it is therefore not possible for a non-permit holder to park there. I forgot to display my parking disk over a long weekend pre-pandemic and received three PCNs. Have ignored all correspondence since however last week got an LBC from Gladstones asking for over £500.

As far as I can tell, first I should contact the DPO at UK CPM with a SAR to get their evidence?

I am now preparing my witness statement using the templates available in these threads:

My main defence is that I have parking rights as a valid permit holder of that spot and the fob. How should this be worded in the statement?

I want to acknowledge the claim and have set up an account on MCOL however I don't see a Defence Pack Password. Is this premature as I have not yet received a court summons? How do I acknowledge that I intend to dispute this and to whom should I send the witness statement... the gladstones letter states I should use their Reply Form to dispute the debt?

Sorry for the newbie questions. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you received an N1 claim form from Northampton CCBC or just a letter before/of claim?  You won't need a witness statement for some time.

As above.  Just read other Gladstones LBC threads as the way to respond to Gs has been covered endlessly, especially in recent weeks where I've posted more than once how to shout back at them about the DLUHC's ban on the fake added £70 and threaten Gs with a complaint to the SRA.
