Hi, I appealed online yes and that was all I have done since I’ve had a couple of the usual threatening letters through the post which I’ve ignored.

Yes he must follow the instructions on the PCN to transfer liability then you are best advised to respond ONCE to confirm you are the lessee/hirer and dispute the PCN, and add that you believe 'Regent Parking' is just a shell name used by SolutionLabs to allow new parking firms to issue PCNs whether they are AOS members or not. As such you want to know who issued the PCN really?

As above. Liability transferred to you?

    Who sent this LBC?

OK, so respond robustly and ask who issued the PCN and which firm has the supposed landowner contract, because you believe it wasn't SolutionLabs aka 'Regent Parking' who appear to be no more than a name used by smaller operators.

Then you would be better off dealing with the two incidents in different threads.

The title of this thread states "Regent Parking".
It is perfectly reasonable to assume that anything being discussed here is about Regent Parking.

What happened in the Regent Parking case?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
