Hi I have received a pcn for Queensway W2 car park. I am a black cab driver and was waiting for a customer I was there for 7 mins. I’m not the registered keeper but rent from somebody else what should I do about that as I obviously don’t want him involved.
Thanks

Presumably then it was a windscreen ticket? You could read the NEWBIE sticky which is full of useful advice.1

Hi. No it’s from a camera. I rent the cab off of somebody else. Shall I tell him to give them my details? He obviously doesn’t want to be involved in a email battle.0

Yes he must follow the instructions on the PCN to transfer liability then you are best advised to respond ONCE to confirm you are the lessee/hirer and dispute the PCN, and add that you believe 'Regent Parking' is just a shell name used by SolutionLabs to allow new parking firms to issue PCNs whether they are AOS members or not. As such you want to know who issued the PCN really?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all. I received another pcn from phoenix ave Greenwich from CPM. The owner of the cab has given them my details and I received it in the post yesterday. Do I now just appeal with the template? Do I still not mention who was driving? Thanks.0

Appeal it using the words I already wrote for you above.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, in the last year, what did you write to the PPC and what responses did you get? Newbies/FAQ thread, second post, advises what to do when you receive an LBC.2

The first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread explain exactly how to deal with that.2
